L'osteria Della Corte Restaurant

We had a wonderful time for dinner. They accommodated us with a reservation (by email) less than 24 hours in advance, with our baby. We arrived to a table already prepared with a high chair in the garden, and to our delight there were other children and babies, so we definitely felt welcomed and in a family-friendly environment. They even had a changing table in the bathroom, which has been something very rare so far on our trip. The service was stellar, very kind and attentive, and the food itself was also extremely delicious and creative. Incredible wine selection. Our favorite restaurant by far during our stay in La Spezia, well worth every penny :)

We ate here twice in the same day. It was our best restaurant in La spezia. The food and desserts were delicious and the wine list was extensive. The owner was very welcoming and the service was excellent. Especially for dinner when we came on a rainy day, we couldn't find a taxi back to the hotel. Even though the restaurant was busy and there were many customers, the owner drove us to the hotel. So we are happy to say thank you very much for your kindness and great food.

This has been the best meal in Italy so far (and the priciest!). They are very aware of how to accommodate gluten allergies. Today's food porn: Osteria della Corte in La Spezia. Don't show up without a reservation, even for lunch. The servers are very kind, have the right sense of humor, and navigated us through our choices. It was so good, in fact, I need to share the entire list of our meal: Purple prawn carpaccio with focaccia crumble and tomato (so good). Spaghetti with oil, garlic, chili, prawns and burrata Organic Fassona fillet with “caffè de Paris” sauce (yellow curry?!) Szechuan Pepper Ice Cream with Coconut Bonbon and Liquid Liquorice Bronte pistachio semifreddo with lavender sauce “Custard” with almonds biscuits(amaretti), rum and chocolate Also, this is the only place that actually offered us gf bread. It was just so nice to not have some generic, dry, bad tasting pre-manufactured effort. They confessed they didn't bake it themselves, but it was so good we asked for another basket which they obliged. All this came to 155€, so that's pretty pricey, but we'd do it again. And again and again. I'd even say go out of your way to eat here even if La Spezia is not in your plan.

Our experience at L’Osteria della Corte was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. Despite not having a reservation, we were received with genuine kindness and professionalism — something we deeply appreciated. From the very first moment, the staff was attentive, warm, and clearly committed to delivering the highest level of service and care. The menu is magnificent, thoughtfully crafted, and executed with excellence. We started with a pumpkin cream soup that was simply divine — rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced. For the main courses were graciously served a tortelloni with black truffle and Comté fondue, which was outstanding: elegant, flavorful, and unforgettable. Every detail contributed to a remarkable dining experience, from the quality of the ingredients to the attentive yet discreet service. This is the kind of restaurant that leaves a lasting impression and reminds you why Italian cuisine is celebrated worldwide. We highly recommend making a reservation in advance — we were very lucky to get a table. Our sincere thanks to Chef Silvia and the entire wonderful staff for such an exceptional evening. We will most certainly return.

The restaurant will be a wonderful choice if you want to try great cocktails as well as seafood dishes—all the ingredients harmonize and complement each other nicely. Unfortunately, if you are vegan like my girlfriend, it becomes more challenging, as this is clearly not the restaurant's specialty. However, it was very pleasant when a very polite and discreet waiter asked if we enjoyed everything and suggested trying another dish from the vegan selection. Later, we were also served a complimentary dish from the chef. And before we left the restaurant, the waiter gently helped my girlfriend put on her coat- very gentleman! The service is truly top-notch—it's a pity that tips can't be included in the card payment and must be left in cash, so be prepared for that.

Family trip We arrive the restaurant without reservation,the gentleman still welcomes us . The atmosphere was nice,food were perfect especially the Gnocchi and the service was excellent. We all had a great time for the dinner,it’s worth it! Thank you so much!

We ate here on October 21,2025 and after 2 weeks in La Spezia and several days in Florence this was our most memorable meal! The wonderful nuances of the flavors were a treat to the palette. We had the most flavorful beef carpaccio we have ever had as a first course. Our pasta dishes were amazing like the spaghetti with garlic oil , chilli pepper, shrimp and barrata. The stuffed parpadelle was amazing in taste and preparation! The beef fillet with that divine sauce was so tasty! I am dreaming of the Pistachio semifreddo dessert with lavender sauce which was, not only delicious but presented on the most beautiful platter! If in the area I would not miss this experience!
